Our company’s history all began in 1952 when Clarence Brooks Warlimont (Clarie) completed his war service and with his wife Millie set up Kiosk Estate Agency; next to the old general store on the corner of Esplanade and Kilburn Grove, Mt Martha.

Mt Martha’s popularity as a spectacular seaside resort was ever increasing and so in the 1960’s Clarie moved his business to its current prime location at 30 Lochiel Avenue next to what was then Mt Martha Motors.

A second agent had opened five offices on the Peninsula; ‘JP Knaggs Nutt & Co’ and Richard Nutt one of the partners, teamed up with Clarie in the Mornington Peninsula Branch of the Real Estate and Stock Institute. They worked as a team in this association for several years and in 1971 when Clarie and Millie decided to retire the Knaggs – Nutt partnership bought their business.

Richard Nutt and his wife Jennifer named their new company ‘Warlimont & Nutt Pty Ltd’. Maintaining the family tradition, their son Fergus joined the team in 1984 later becoming a Director and Shareholder. Richard has since retired leaving Fergus Nutt at the helm.

Catherine Ongarello joined the sales team at Warlimont & Nutt in 1999 and later in 2006 became a Director and share holder in the Company
