Fergus Nutt, Director, Licensed Estate Agent
Fergus Nutt joined the family business in 1984, later becoming one of the state’s youngest licensed estate agents at the age of 21.  Now in his 23rd year of selling and managing property for his clients, Fergus has confirmed the reason for the ongoing success of Warlimont & Nutt; “Having good people around you is crucial and continuous ongoing training is just as important.”  Fergus and his team are always searching for ways to improve the service they provide their clients and customers.

Richard Nutt, Director, Licensed Estate Agent
The Nutt family have been associated with Mount Martha for four generations. Richard first visited his parent’s holiday home “Keewarah” off Prescott Avenue as a young boy when Mt Martha was a sleepy coastal holiday retreat. It was no surprise that some years later he chose to move to the Peninsula permanently. In 1959 he entered into partnership with the late John Knaggs and commenced business in Real Estate as JP Knaggs Nutt & Co; a name that is still remembered by many people in the area today.

Richard has since entrusted the running of the business to his son Fergus. Richard believes the secret to the success of his business is that our client’s interests are placed ahead of our own. Personal and confidential consultation combined with expertise, ethics and integrity are all aspects of residential and commercial sales that help Warlimont & Nutt remain leaders in Real Estate in the Mt Martha area.

Catherine Ongarello, Director
Catherine Ongarello joined Warlimont & Nutt on the sales team in 1999 having originally being introduced to Mount Martha during the 1960's on family holidays. Catherine later settled at Mount Martha and worked in the thoroughbred and sport horse industry. Catherine has completed her training for her full real estate agents license and is now a Director and Shareholder of Warlimont & Nutt.
